LeadRetain provides automation systems designed to help businesses manage and follow up with incoming leads. By purchasing or using LeadFollow™ or any related services provided by LeadRetain, you agree to these Terms of Service.2. Service Description
LeadFollow™ is an automation system that helps businesses capture, organize, and follow up with lead inquiries through automated notifications and email follow-up sequences.LeadRetain provides the automation infrastructure and setup required for this system to operate.LeadRetain does not guarantee lead quality, response rates, or sales results.3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:Providing accurate configuration information during onboarding
Supplying valid agent contact details
Using the system in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Ensuring their lead sources and communications comply with anti-spam regulations
LeadRetain is not responsible for how clients obtain or use their leads.4. Fees and Billing
LeadFollow™ may include a one-time setup fee and/or recurring subscription fees depending on the selected plan.Payments are processed through Stripe and are billed in advance.Unless otherwise stated:Subscription fees are billed monthly
Setup fees are non-refundable once the system has been deployed5. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund previously charged fees.Service access may remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.6. Service Availability
LeadRetain uses third-party platforms such as automation tools, email systems, and payment processors.While we strive for reliable service, LeadRetain cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation due to dependencies on third-party services.7. Limitation of Liability
LeadRetain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.This includes but is not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, missed opportunities, or system interruptions.8. Acceptable Use
Clients may not use LeadFollow™ for:Sending spam or unsolicited mass communications
Illegal or fraudulent activities
Violating applicable email marketing or data protection laws
LeadRetain reserves the right to suspend service for violations.9. Modifications
LeadRetain may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.10. Contact
